An order placed and accepted through this website forms a contract of sale subject to Seagreens current Terms of Sale which can be viewed and downloaded below.
Seagreens aims to deliver an order within 5 working days but is not liable for the consequences of late delivery or if you fail to accept delivery or provide inadequate delivery instructions.
If for any reason Seagreens is unable to fulfil an order your payment will be refunded and you will be notified when the product is available.
Seagreens provides details of the nutritional profile of each of its products at this website and its information website seagreens.co.uk.
If a product is faulty Seagreens reserves the right to replace the product or at its discretion make a full refund.
If you wish to return your order you must ask us for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the product.
Any product you return for exchange or a full refund must be unused unopened unmarked and returned in the Seagreens box or a suitable protective packaging.
If you have already used the product and are not satisfied with the product for any reason, or you wish to submit any complaint, please inform us in writing by email or post, with your name, email or postal address and telephone number.
Questions or comments relating to our products and our wider business are greatly appreciated and where appropriate will be responded to promptly and clearly.
Telephoning us does not incur any additional call charges.
